METALEX Compressors are factory assembled by highly skilled engineers. Each crankcase is pnuematically tested to min. 21kg/cm2 pressure to ensure integrity. After final Assembly Compressors are tested with air under water. Then run on Test rig at 960 rpm to verify the running effeiciency, power consumption ,oil flow clearence & vibration levels against stringent Quailty standards.
